Scripture power keeps me safe from sin; Scripture power the power to win!!

Once upon a time there was a little girl named Ashley and she had just graduated from high school. The day after graduation her, and her parents and her long time high school friend decided that they would celebrate in the exotic land known as Mexico. When Ashley returned to her home land of the United States, she realized to her astonishment, that she had left her quad at seminary!!! She was devistated, and called the seminary building to see if they had found them. Their response was:
"yes, we found them, but we donated them to a third world contry!"
"WHAT!?!?!?!?" was Ashley's response.
She then went to her mom and told her the story and her mom decided to invest in getting Ashley a new set. All better? nope....
two and a half years later....

While in macro econ, Ashley recieved a text from her mom.
"What? mom can text, I didn't know that, wonder what it says..."
[Ashley, the davis high seminary just called and they found your scriptures. If you don't pick them up today they will be donated tomorrow!]...
"Hooray" said Ashley
Later that day Ashley was reunited with her scriptures from 2.5 years before!!!

School Related Randomness

So I just got done with yet another test and I was thinking, "ya know, I have an hour before my next class, I'm going to slack off and go to the computer lab, and check my email, get on facebook, and look at peoples blogs!" Well... I was looking around at all the new posts, but a funny thing happens when you are in a completely packed computer lab, and you are looking at some one's blog, and all the sudden you are trying to find the volume because they have music on their blog and no where to hit "pause" or you just can't find it. Kinda embarrassing seeings how I think most people are using the computers for homework, WHO KNEW!!

Also, committing to one major is scary. Telling people you think you are committing to a major is even worse! WHAT IF I CHANGE YET AGAIN!!

Happy Halloween!!!

I didn't even know what I was thinking, but this year I forgot to take pictures of my Halloween!!! Chris dressed up as Toad (pictured above) and I didn't dress up because I realized that there was no way I could out do last year (I was a cat lady).

For Halloween though, Chris and I carved a pumpkin. I don't even remember the last time I carved a pumpkin, and let me tell you I have been missing out. I never liked it because I hated taking the "guts" out of the pumpkin, but this year chris did that part and we each carved half of a "screaming" face. I looked pretty dang good (and you'll have to take my word for it, because I didn't take a picture of it).
